All the Bronze Age artefacts found by SWMAG during the 2009 season have been taken to the British Museum today, Monday 22nd Feb. 2010.
The artefacts completely covered one of the enormous study tables (approx 6m x 1.8m) within the Prehistory Department study area.
Valuers will review the material over two days and hopefully present their findings to the Receiver of Wreck within the next two/three weeks.
Ben Roberts, Curator of European Bronze Age for the BM, said that the BM hopes to be in a position to acquire the artefacts to add to the existing Moor Sand & Salcombe 'E' Gully collections.
